His Testimony:
Because I was sickly, my
parents took me to Saltillo, Coahuila. There I met a Christian
family who spoke to me about the gospel One day in May of 1992,
tired and weary, I knelt at the feet of Jesus and I began attending
Iglesia Bautista Independiente Fundamentalista. The pastor was
Brother Juan Soria, who baptized me three months after I believed the
gospel. Later I moved to Valle de Juarez, Chihuahua where I attended
a church which did not have a pastor, Iglesia Bautista Cristo Rendentor.
It was there where God touched my heart and called me to yield to the
pastorate and missionary work. It was there also that I married my
wife Rosa whom God had also called to full-time service. I felt the
need to study and prepare ourselves by attending a seminary. We
moved to Oaxaca, Oaxaca to study. Upon graduation my wife and I
remained in the same place where the church is. We live in one of
the anexes which is used to hold classes and we used the church kitchen,
for we have no house.
