Fernando Salinas
has a very difficult ministry. He has chosen to minister to the
people who live in and around the city dump of Leon, Guanajuato.
However, the people are very receptive to the gospel!

His Testimony:
In November of 1989, my
brother-in-law, Asuncion Lopez, now pastor of the church - Siloam -
invited me to attend church. Sunday after Sunday he insisted until I
yielded. I was saved immediately and I was baptized in a month's
time. I always liked the assigned duties that God gave me: song
director, and young people's teacher.
