Dear Friends in Christ,

Thank you for your prayers and offerings that allow this ministry to continue.  Praise God for his traveling mercies through the many miles traveled, averaging from fifty-five to sixty thousand per year to present the different ministries of Spanish Baptist Missions in conferences, camp meetings, and in prospective supporting churches.

In November 2005 it was my privilege to give an up-date of the ministry during the Missions Conference at Providence Baptist Church, Riverview, Florida.  The church is a long-time faithful supporter.

While in Tampa, we received the great blessing of a donation of 7,000 Spanish Bibles for distribution in Mexico.  Praise God for the timing!  We cannot think of a better gift than the Word of God.

The Lord was gracious in allowing us to purchase a used trailer to transport this precious cargo.  In the process of loading up the boxes, a native Cuban who was helping us, asked what was in them.  I said they were Bibles, and he said he remembered when people in Cuba were shot for having a Bible.

The man, who was not a believer, said that often Christians were given 15 minutes to get their possessions and leave their homes and all they would get were their Bibles.  I praise God that after telling him of God's love and that He sent His Son to die for our sins, he accepted Christ as his Savior.
